Ok about a week ago I bought a lot on ebay of 4 Addy books (Meet, Learn, Surprise, and Changes) I picked this lot up for 4 bucks plus 3 something for shipping.
I just found a newly listed lot on ebay all six addy books in their slip box for 6.49 BIN with 3 dollar shipping. So I bought it .
I figured it would still be cheaper that way because I'd have to pay about 3 bucks per book that I needed to that collection... might as well get em all for that price.
So did I do the right thing? Should I try to resell the duplicates? Any help would be appreciated

Save your duplicates you can either resell them or give them to the next "gifted doll" project.

I'm saving my duplicates for the next gifted doll project.
Another thought would be to see if you have any used book stores in your area. There is one down the street from me and I often trade in my old paperbacks for new ones or a little bit of cash.

Yep, you did the right thing. They were both good deals, and like you said, you'd pay that much to finish out the collection anyway.
If you want to relist them, I think you could probably get your $4 back.

Of course. You can keep the books you need and resell the others. I do it all the time.
